Delivery

We aim to craft and send all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed. Please allow 3-7 working days of shipping depending on the distance and your home country. All products are shipped from Austria, European Union.

As soon as your order is ready and on its way, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation via email, which contains your tracking number. With this number, you can track your package at any time. We offer stress-free home delivery so all orders are delivered straight to the address of your choosing.

Shipping costs

We offer free international standard delivery on all orders over €90.

Otherwise we want to offer very fair shipping terms so the shipping costs below €90 are only €4,90 to all European countries.

Returns

We do our outmost to ensure you love your products from JOYEM. If an item is damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and within 14 days of receipt.

Personalised items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Sale items, gift cards, or items purchased using a discount code are Final Sale and therefore, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Types of Payment

Payment can be made using most major credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Klarna and PayPal. In addition, we offer to accept payments via bank transfer. You can contact us here if you wish to pay for your order via bank transfer.

Order Quantity

There is no minimum order quantity.

All images, texts, designs and graphics on our website are owned by JOYEM. We love people sharing our photos, but ask you for a fair credit and link to our website or Instagram @joyem.official.
